Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was commotion in the queue in a vaccination center. The petitioners are falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that there are criminal antecedents of all the petitioners.

Considering the nature of the offences and the complicity of the petitioners therein and considering the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM 8939 of 2021 is rejected.
