1. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved that in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

2. The petitioners complain of threat, harassment and false implication at the behest of the private respondent nos.7, 8 and 9.

3. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS, 2023 against the private respondents.

4. Since the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS, it would be the duty of the police authorities to ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained at the locality. Police authorities would also ensure that there is no

unnecessary interference in peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioners.

5. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20054 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Report so submitted be kept with the records.

7. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties upon all formalities, if applied for.
