1. The petitioner is unrepresented, though Ms. Saha, learned Advocate appearing for the State, is present. The written instruction as submitted by the respondent is taken on record.

2. Ms. Saha, learned Advocate appearing for the State, submits that the petitioner has only submitted a representation and has not made any application in the prescribed form or proper format under Section 57 of the Registration Act. Further, no particulars regarding the deed or deeds, certified copy of which are sought to be withdrawn, have been detailed in that representation. She submits that it is not possible for the respondents to consider such a vague representation.

3. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent-State and upon perusal of the materials on record, I am of the view that the submissions made on behalf of the respondent appears to be sound. Therefore, the present writ

petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.

4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from making any application for a certified copy of any deed or instrument before the appropriate authority, in the proper manner and prescribed form, upon deposit of the requisite fees.
