1. The affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.
2. In spite of service, the other respondents are not represented.
3. This application is filed after the disposal of the appeal seeking certain direction upon the respondent no.1 to comply with our order dated 6th March, 2024.
4. We have already disposed of the appeal by which the parties to the appeal were directed to discharge certain obligations. If the obligations are not discharged, it is for the Oil Company to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
5. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent no.1 that she has submitted all required documents for reconstitution of LPC distributorship in the name of the respondent no.1 as per order dated 6th March, 2024.
6. The learned Counsel for the Oil Company, however, submits that till the date of filing of this application i.e. 6th April, 2024, no document has been received from the respondent no.1.
7. It is not necessary for us to go into the question as we have already indicated in the said order the steps the parties are required to take for the reconstitution of the LPG
distributorship. It is needless to mention that in the event the required documents have been submitted in the meantime and may be out of time, the appellant shall consider such documents and if it is found in order to do the needful.
8. With the aforesaid direction th application stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
