Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Telangana High Court where cause of action has arisen.

With liberty reserved to the petitioner to file afresh on the self same cause of action, as prayed for, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs.
