1. The electricity connection standing in the name of the consumer stood disconnected on account of unauthorised use of electricity. The charge for such unauthorised use has been made known to the consumer. The petitioner intends to pay off the said dues.

2. It will be open for the petitioner to make payment of all the dues of CESC Limited.

3. On payment of the due amount, it will be open for CESC Limited to restore electricity connection to the consumer within a week from the date of compliance of all necessary formalities.

4. CESC Limited shall intimate the consumer the exact amount that he is required to clear for obtaining reconnection of the disconnected electricity line.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
