Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not being able to find a local surety and therefore, fulfilling the condition imposed by this Court for taking bail. In the interest of justice, the condition for furnishing local surety may be relaxed.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the petitioners are unable to furnish local surety. In view of the same, the condition imposed in the order dated 10th September, 2025 be relaxed to the extent that the two sureties to be furnished by the petitioners may be registered sureties. With these observations, the prayer for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
