We have been given to understand by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the matters pending before the Tribunal being OA 357 of 2019, OA 1487 of 2017 and OA 1488 of 2017, are otherwise ready for final disposal upon completion of the pleadings filed by the respective parties.

The learned Advocate further submits that written notes of argument were also filed by the writ petitioner as well as the respondents before the Tribunal, yet the matter are still lingering on which could have been disposed of at an earliest.

Learned Advocate for the respondents showed his inability to apprise the Court with regard to the aforesaid fact in absence of any instruction from his client.

Be that as it may, if the pleadings are complete and the notes of argument are filed by the respective parties, as claimed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, we find that the matter, which was earlier fixed, has simply been adjourned. The matter could have been disposed of within short span of time and, therefore, we feel that the Tribunal should take endeavour to dispose of the said proceedings at an earliest.

We are informed by the learned Advocate for the petitioners that the next date is fixed on 2nd

November, 2022 for final disposal.

We trust and hope that the Tribunal shall take up the said matters on the date so fixed and effort shall be made to dispose of the same within one month thereafter by recording proper reasons in accordance with law.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.
