This Court is of the view that a writ petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution is not maintainable against the City Bank, and the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
