Petitioners complain that in spite of informing the police authorities of Magrahat Police Station on or about 18.07.2025 proper steps have not been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 4 to 9 opposes the contentions and submits that there is a long standing land dispute which the petitioners by invoking the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are trying to use the police authorities for establishing their dominance. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126/135 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are aware regarding the nature of the dispute and have been

informed regarding frequent altercation having taken place, I direct that the police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident which may result because of the existing strained relationship amongst the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 20435 of 2025 disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
