Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of his representation made before the respondent No.3 on 13th August, 2022 relating to the grievance, details of which would appear from the said representation.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 20519 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties

within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
