2. Learned jurisdictional Court took into account the length of detention and other parameters and found the case not to be fit for custodial trial and granted bail to the private opposite party.

3. Trial is in progress. At the trial, prosecution proposes to examine 28 witnesses out of which only 1 stands partly examined as on date.

4. Possibility of the trial concluding in the near future appears to be remote.

5. In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the order impugned before us.
