1. We have considered the order dated 12.4.2023 granting bail to opposite party. Allegations involve breach of contractual obligation to refund a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- advanced in connection with an agreement for sale.

2. We do not find any illegality in the order. Allegations of misuse of liberty are general and omnibus.

3. Hence, no case for cancellation of bail is made out.

4. Application is dismissed.
