It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that the order under contempt has been complied with with regard to all the petitioners except the 1st petitioner who, by filing an application before the concerned authority, has sought time to produce the LR parcha in respect of the plot in question to substantiate his claim before the authority. It appears that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being WPCRC 148 of 2023 is disposed of.

The rule is discharged.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
