This matter has appeared for correcting the typographical mistake. In the order dated 04.04.2022 the number of the writ application has gone down as WPA 21202 of 2022 which should be WPA 21202 of 2021. Thus the rectification is made and this order will be a part of the order dated 04.04.2022.
