Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The petitioner borrowed Rs.1,00,000/- from the de facto complainant and refunded a sum of Rs.70,000/-.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner took a sum in excess of Rs.3 lakhs on the promise of giving employment to the de facto complainant in a government organization.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner took money on the promise of giving employment to the de facto complainant.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4339 of 2022 is dismissed.
