1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioners seek for a direction upon the private respondents not to act contrary to the order dated 24th June, 2025 passed by the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Complaint No.

WBRERA/COM(Physical)000227-CP in the matter of Pijush Mukherjee & Anr. Vs. M/s. Joy Baba Lokenath Construction & Ors.

3. By the order dated 24th June, 2025 the Regulatory Authority was pleased to pass an ad interim order of injunction restraining the respondents from changing the nature and character and/or alienating and/or creating any third party interest by selling and/or handing over any flat of the

project named Anupama Heights till the next date of hearing.

4. The petitioners submit that the private respondents are intentionally and deliberately flouting the order passed by the Regulatory Authority.

5. Learned advocate representing the private respondents submits, upon instruction that, the project is already complete and no construction work is going on at present.

6. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the matter is still pending consideration before the Regulatory Authority.

7. The petitioners are given liberty to agitate all grievances before the Regulatory Authority. The Authority shall consider the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law.

8. Endeavour shall be taken by the Regulatory Authority to pass necessary order(s) on the prayer of the petitioners at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
