The learned counsel appearing on behalf of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) submits that an inspection is required to be conducted, following which a decision regarding the connection will be made.

In light of the foregoing, there is no necessity to keep this writ petition pending.

Considering the ongoing monsoon season, it is hereby directed that WBSEDCL shall conduct the inspection within one month from the date of this order. Based on the outcome of the inspection, the petitioner's application for the electricity connection shall be considered within two months thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 20243 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
