Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the complaint of the petitioners was registered as first information report and that the investigation is in progress. He submits that the lease of the petitioner of the water-body expired long ago. So far as the first information report is concerned, the police will conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks from date and submit appropriate report before the jurisdictional court.

W.P.A. No.18724 of 2019 is disposed of, accordingly.
