The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police authorities have not taken any steps excepting registration of an FIR pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

However, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that after filing of the writ petition, chargesheet has been submitted.

Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have been duly served.

Despite service, none appears for the private respondents including the State.

Mr. Suman Ghosh, learned Advocate, who usually appears for the State is present in court and is requested to appear in this matter.

Let the appointment of Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate, along with a junior of his choice, be regularized by the Legal Remembrancer.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the writ petition on Mr. Ghosh.

Since the chargesheet has been filed, the petitioner is left free to approach the jurisdictional court and take all steps therein.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
