This is an application for recalling of the order dated 15.2.2026 passed by this Court whereby the revisional application was dismissed for default.

This application has been filed within two days from the date of such order of dismissal and the reason assigned in the petition, it appears to be satisfactory enough. 4.

Accordingly, this Court is inclined to recall such order. Hence, the revisional application has restored to its original file and number.

Accordingly, CRAN 4 of 2026 is disposed of.

Learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party prays for early hearing.

The matter be listed in the Monthly List of July 2026 under the heading "Further Hearing".
