It appears from the records annexed to the writ petition that for redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already made a representation by a letter dated 24th January, 2023 before the respondent authority concerned, being Annexure - P-4 to the writ petition and it is the case of the petitioner that the said representation is still lying pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 20180 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3/authority concerned to

consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

At time of hearing of such representation, the petitioner is entitled to raise all points in the writ petition.
