Petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved that the information furnished to the police authorities was not acted upon.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on the basis of the information so furnished, Dadpur Police Station FIR No. Zero/2025 dated 02.09.2025 has been registered for investigation and has been sent to Bhupatinagar Police Station for further action.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps, the petitioner would approach Bhupatinagar Police Station for further necessary action.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20256 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
