The present writ has been filed against a particular disconnection notice.

When the matter is called on for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Damodar Valley Corporation hands over an intimation indicating that such disconnection notice, impugned in the present writ petition, has been withdrawn in the meantime. A printout of the said intimation through e-mail, filed in Court today, be kept on record.

Accordingly, WPA 21225 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous in the light of the above submission made by learned counsel for the Damodar Valley Corporation.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
