The revisional application was preferred against the proceedings being complaint case No. C-359 of 2010 pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Calcutta, I have perused the complaint, I find that there were allegations of illegality in inducting students, printing fake bill books, receipts, vouchers etc. in the name of the school. Having regard to the allegations made in the petition of complaint, I am of the view, that the complainant should be allowed to adduce the evidence before charge. Consequently, no interference is required. As such CRR 2694 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
