The present revisional application was preferred in respect of the proceeding being M.P. Case No.151 of 2012 under Section 144(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code then pending before the learned Executive Magistrate at Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas. Having regard to the time constraint which are provided under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code, I am of the opinion that the main proceedings have become infructuous, as such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 2700 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
