Learned advocate for the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 i.e. the Sanskrit College and University and the Vice Chancellor, the Sanskrit College and University submits that the responsibility of all such Chatusphatis have been handed over to the Government long back. The Chatusphati is related to Bangiya Sanskrita Siksha Parishad under the department of School Education (Primary Branch). Therefore, I direct the Commissioner of School Education being the Respondent No.2 to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also other persons, if he thinks necessary within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this

order and pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter with a copy to the petitioner.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
