The petitioner, lastly, informed the incident on or about July, 2023 regarding the protest being raised by him, as a consequence of which, he was assaulted.

To that effect, learned advocate for the State, points out to the report, which was submitted earlier before this court.

The report reflects that Titagarh P.S. Case No. 358 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 was registered for investigation and charge-sheet has also been submitted in connection with the aforesaid case.

Subsequently, Titagrah P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023 was also registered for investigation.

The police authorities have taken steps in respect of any physical injury being inflicted upon the present petitioner.

However, so far as the issue relating to shop rooms are concerned, their legality and/or illegality would be considered only by a Civil Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief in respect of construction of the alleged shop rooms.

The police authorities, in the

meantime, would ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale and also ensure that there is no untoward incident over the issue of ingress and egress or, in respect of the alleged construction which has taken place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20200 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.
