1. The application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.

2. Having considered the averments made in the application for condonation of delay and being satisfied with the explanation given, we are inclined to condone the delay in preferring the revisional application.

3. The application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed. Re : C. R. R. 3555 of 2024

4. Petitioners undertake to appear before the trial court and pray for regular bail.

5. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is requested to appear in the instant case for the State. A copy of the revision petition is handed over to Mr. Ganguly in court today. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to regularize his appointment.

6. Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners shall remain suspended for a period of four weeks within which period the petitioners shall appear before the trial court and pray for regular

bail. In the event, they fail to do so, the warrant of arrest shall stand revived and be executed against them in accordance with law.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the revision petition is disposed of.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the petitioner on usual undertaking.
