It appears from the records annexed to the writ petition that for redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 17th February, 2023 before the respondent authority concerned, being Annexure - P-8 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 20197 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and

speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such decision to be taken by the respondent concerned to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of taking such decision.
