The matter has been brought to the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the order dated April 29, 2022 whereby the application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure was disposed of.

Mr. Debjit Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the second page at the second line of the 5th paragraph of the said order the word "is" be replaced by the word "was" and the words "at present" be replaced by the words "during the period of Covid-19 pandemic". In the same paragraph at the last line the words "case under Section 125 of Cr.P.C." shall be replaced by the words "Matrimonial Suit".

The department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the said order dated April 29, 2022 in the manner and to the extent indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties.

Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
