The petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent Electricity authority concerned in providing electricity connection to the petitioner at the premises-inquestion. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 20201 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the respondent Electricity authority concerned for the grievance raised

in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

If such representation is submitted by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation along with supporting documents.
