The petitioners file an affidavit affirmed on 14.10.2025 stating, inter alia, to withdraw the instant writ petition wherein the challenge was thrown to the communication dated 16.07.2025 issued by the respondent no.

demanding an amount of Rs.121.2529 Crore for conversion of eight plot of land. 3.

The petitioners in paragraph 3 of their affidavit states that the petitioners and the respondents were

able to enter into a settlement for conversion of land upon payment of the conversion fees as demanded by the respondents during the pendency of the case. 4.

Respondent nos. 2 and 4 vehemently opposes and submits that neither talks of settlement has arrived at for conversion of the land nor any payment has been made in respect of the said conversion. 5.

However, on the plea of the petitioners the instant writ petition is withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contention of the parties.

Since no counter affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the contentions made in the affidavit for withdrawal shall not be deemed to have been admitted.
