The writ petition has been filed by one hundred and fifty-one writ petitioners by putting only one Court fees.

The learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to deposit the deficit Court fees in the course of this day. In default, the order passed herein shall be restricted only in respect of the petitioner no. 1 and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed in respect of the others.

The facts of the present case are similar to the facts in WPA 20958 of 2021 (Banalata Samadder & Ors. v. State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Accordingly, the order passed in Banalata Samadder & Ors. v. State of West Bengal & Ors. (supra) will cover the present case.

The writ petition stands disposed of in similar lines.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to apply before the dedicated online portal which the Board is going to open shortly for consideration of individual grievance(s) of the candidates.

The grievance(s) raised by the candidate shall be redressed by the Board at the earliest but positively within a fortnight from the date of uploading the objection(s)/grievance(s).

Each and every candidate at the time of making objection(s) shall mandatorily indicate his/her unique identification number i.e. the roll number that is appearing in the admit card.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
