Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 21240 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

The application being CAN 1 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
