1. We have heard Mr. Kanishk Sinha, appearing in person and the learned advocate for the respondents.

2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.08.2024 in WPA 18180 of 2024.

2. The appellants do not have much grievance about the directions/observations made in paragraph 4 of the impugned order but, however, would contend that the certain observations in paragraph 3 required to be expunged.

3. This can hardly be a ground on which the appeal cannot be entertained against the said order.
