It is submitted that an application has been filed before a Division Bench of this Court for extension of the interim order passed on 22nd March, 2023 in FMAT 502 of 2022.

This Court is of the view that since the parties are entitled to make prayer before the Division Bench even for enforcement of its orders and for direction on the police, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to make appropriate prayers before the Division Bench. The writ petitioner may also seek appropriate enforcement of any order passed by the Civil Court before the aforesaid Division Bench.

There shall be no order as to costs.
