By filing the revisional application, the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the Title Execution Case No. 3 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur. It has been contended by the learned lawyer for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited cost for police force for execution of the decree before the court on 15.12.2017. But since 2017 the case has been adjourned for not getting the date from the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur with regard to the deployment of the force for execution of the decree.

Therefore, he prays necessary direction may be given to the learned court below to get the decree executed. The Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur is hereby directed to provide specific date for execution of the decree before the learned court below, preferably within a month from date hereof.

The petitioner is directed to send copy of the order to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur for compliance.

The C.O. 2311 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of. There shall however, no order as to costs.
