The petitioners complain that notwithstanding an order of status quo passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur in TS No.42 of 2019, the private respondents continue to threaten and intimidate the petitioners and intend to dispossess the petitioners. On the directions of the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the CrPC, FIR has been registered by the Kharagpur (Local) Police Station.

It is ordered that the investigation into the FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date.

Kharagpur (Local) Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and the order of the Civil Court shall strictly be complied with.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
