In view of the same, the petitioners would not like to press the same and would like to file an application afresh on the self-same cause of action. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in filing a fresh application on the self-same cause of action. On the prayer of the learned advocate on record of the petitioner, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet annexed with the revision petition to the learned advocate on record upon his furnishing necessary undertaking and submitting a photocopy of the same for the record.
