The writ application has been preferred praying for release of the pending bills of the petitioner along with interest and compliance of the directions issued by the Regional Labour Commissioner dated 17.01.2024 in Claim Application No. PW-05 of 2023.

In course of hearing, the respondent/South Eastern Railway has filed a report before this Court along with documents annexed wherein it appears that the petitioner herein was requested to submit proper documents for further process vide an letter dated 20.05.2024.

It is submitted by the respondent that the petitioner did not comply with the said request. 4.

On the other hand, the petitioner submits that he has filed all documents with the authority concerned to end the dispute as to filing of documents. This Court directed the petitioner to file all the relevant documents called for before this

Court with a copy to be served upon the learned counsel appearing for the South Eastern Railways. 5.

Today the petitioner has filed all relevant documents along with a forwarding letter before this Court and a copy of the same has been served upon the learned counsel for the respondent/Railways in Court. Considering that the documents have now been provided to the respondent.

The writ application stands disposed of with the direction that the respondent/South Eastern Railway shall dispose of the petitioner's claim in accordance with law on providing the petitioner an opportunity of hearing by passing a reasoned order within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.
