The petitioners' allegation that respondent no. 6 has constructed a building on the relevant plot without obtaining permission from the Panchayat does not appear to be correct. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has produced the sanctioned building plan. Let the sanctioned plan produced by respondent no. 6 be kept on record.

In view of the above, there is no justification for entertaining this writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 20880 of 2024 is disposed of.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the building constructed by respondent no. 6 has caused damage to the petitioner's building. There is, however, no scope to

adjudicate such a dispute in the present writ proceedings. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for redress of his grievance. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
