Mr. Sirsanya Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate for the State has filed one reply to the suo motu contempt rule enclosing some communication between the learned advocate for the State and the said SubDvisional Controller wherefrom I am satisfied that it was not willful and deliberate violation on the part of the said Sub-Divisional Controller and as soon as he got the gist of the order he stopped the shop of Anjana Bhattacharjee and the card holders of the shop of Anjana Bhattacharjee have been tagged to one Jitesh Chandra Kar.

Therefore, I do not find any further point to be adjudicated in this contempt application and the contempt application is disposed of and the suo motu contempt rule issued by this court is recalled and the said Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies namely, Sapnadip Chowdhury is discharged from the rule and his personal appearance is not required in this matter any further.
