1. Private opposite party agrees to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Only) per month to the petitioner towards maintenance in substitution to the quantum of Rs.4,000/-, subject to final decision with regard to the quantum being arrived at by the appropriate forum.

2. In such circumstances, private opposite party will continue to deposit a sum of Rs.8,000/-(Rupees Eight Thousand Only) per month commencing from the month of April, 2025 within the seventh day of each month in the bank account of the petitioner being Bank Account No.0350000102263677 of the Punjab National Bank. Petitioner agrees to clear the arrears, if any, with regard to the subsisting order under the Domestic Violence Act.

3. We find no infirmity in the order granting bail to the private opposite party since it took into account to the fact that, the private opposite party is a government employee and that, the matter basically relates to a family dispute. 4.

CRM (DB) 2705 of 2024 is disposed of.
