ssi Ct 14 Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner is that an appropriate action was not taken on the complaint of the petitioner and a report ought to be filed before this Court in this regard.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. A case was started being Raiganj P.S. Case No. 603 of 2023 dated 04.06.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Two accused namely, Ramprakash Mahato and Dhanmendra Mahato were apprehended on 04.06.2023 in respect of Raiganj PS Case No. 604 of 2023. On 05.06.2023. An application was made before the learned Magistrate seeking custody of the said accused in connection with the instant case. This was granted by the Court. So far as the other FIR named accused were concerned, raids were

conducted. But, they had absconded. On 09.06.2023, Tapesh Mahato and Shankar Mahato surrendered before the learned trial Court and were subsequently released on bail. The remaining accused Mukesh Mahato also surrendered on 14.08.2023 and was granted bail. During the course of investigation, on 21.08.2023, the Investigating Officer recovered stolen items from the backyard of Mukesh Mahato's residence. These items included mobile phones, an ID card, and a camera bag. Investigation is going on to recover the other articles as alleged. Report in final form shall be submitted very soon.

It appears that the investigation is being conducted in a fair manner. Some of the stolen articles have also been recovered.

In view of the above, let the Investigating Officer conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.

No further order need be passed.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
