Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition on the ground of certain defects detected therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 21632 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
