Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court on September 24, 2021.

By such order, the Court considered the materials in the case diary and the allegations made against the opposite party. The Court took into consideration the respective age of the parties as also the allegations of failing to marry after promise for marriage being given. The Court proceeded granting bail to the petitioner. In the facts of the present case, we find no infirmity in the order granting bail to the petitioner. No ground for cancellation is made out. Consequently, we find no merit in the petition for cancellation of bail. Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. C.R.M. 8968 of 2021 is dismissed.
