1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. In spite of service, none appears for the School Authority.

3. The petitioner's application for transfer on the ground of self-medical has been pending before the School Authority.

4. As it now transpires, the said application was not in the prescribed format.

5. The petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application for transfer in the prescribed format.

6. The petitioner submits that he has now made an application in the prescribed format after filing of the writ petition, which has been considered by the School Authority and a 'No Objection' has duly been issued by the School Authority. The School Authority is directed to forward the application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools, who shall deal with the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.

7. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
