This matter was directed to be disposed of on August 27, 2022, as it was submitted by Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners on that day that the sole petitioner of this case had died during pendency of this application. Before signing the order it was, however, noticed that there were five petitioners in this applications. Accordingly, the matter has been placed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for clarification by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Mr. Dutta submits today that the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 have died during pendency of this application and rest of the petitioners are not interested to proceed with this application.

It has further been submitted by Mr. Dutta that even the legal heirs of the petitioner nos.1 and 4 are not inclined

to proceed further with this application.

Accordingly, CPAN 1317 of 2016 is dismissed as not pressed.
