Ab

1. It is pointed out by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the parties that there are some typographical errors in the order dated November 04, 2025. Let the same be corrected as follows:- (i) In the last line of the second paragraph at the first page of the order dated November 4, 2025, the date typed as "July 8, 2025" shall stand deleted and the date "August 11, 2025"

shall be incorporated in its place and stead. (ii) In the fourth line of the first paragraph at page 2, the date "July 19, 2024" shall be deleted and the date "July 1, 2024" shall be incorporated in its place and stead.

2. The other portions of the order shall remain unchanged.
